    <main style="-uslm-dtd:legis-body"><longTitle><docTitle style="-uslm-dtd:legis-type">AN ACT</docTitle><officialTitle style="-uslm-dtd:official-title">To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to child pornography and child exploitation offenses.</officialTitle></longTitle><enactingFormula style="-uslm-dtd:enacting-clause">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s1" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote"><inline style="-uslm-dtd:short-title">Child Protection Act of 2012</inline></shortTitle>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s2" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">ENHANCED PENALTIES FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s2/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Certain Activities Relating to Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 2252(b)(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">but if</quotedText>” the following: “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">any visual depiction involved in the offense involved a prepubescent minor or a minor who had not attained 12 years of age, such person shall be fined under this title and imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or if</quotedText>”.</content>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s2/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Certain Activities Relating to Material Constituting or Containing Child Pornography.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 2252A(b)(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">but, if</quotedText>” the following: “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">any image of child pornography involved in the offense involved a prepubescent minor or a minor who had not attained 12 years of age, such person shall be fined under this title and imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or if</quotedText>”.</content>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">PROTECTION OF CHILD WITNESSES. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Civil Action To Restrain Harassment of a Victim or Witness.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 1514 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subsection (b)—</chapeau>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/A" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (1)—</chapeau>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/A/i" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">or its own motion,</quotedText>” after “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">attorney for the Government,</quotedText>”; and</content>
                        </clause>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/A/ii" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">or investigation</quotedText>” after “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Federal criminal case</quotedText>” each place it appears;</content>
                        </clause>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/B" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) as paragraphs (3), (4), and (5), respectively;</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/C" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting after paragraph (1) the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                        <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">“(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">In the case of a minor witness or victim, the court shall issue a protective order prohibiting harassment or intimidation of the minor victim or witness if the court finds evidence that the conduct at issue is reasonably likely to adversely affect the willingness of the minor witness or victim to testify  or otherwise participate in the Federal criminal case or investigation. Any hearing regarding a protective order under this paragraph shall be conducted in accordance with paragraphs (1) and (3), except that the court may issue an ex parte emergency protective order in advance of a hearing if exigent circumstances are present. If such an ex parte order is applied for or issued, the court shall hold a hearing not later than 14 days after the date such order was applied for or is issued.”</content>
                        </paragraph></quotedContent>;</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/D" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="D">(D) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (4), as so redesignated, by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">(and not by reference to the complaint or other document)</quotedText>”; and</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/1/E" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="E">(E) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (5), as so redesignated, in the second sentence, by inserting before the period at the end the following: “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">, except that in the case of a minor victim or witness, the court may order that such protective order expires on the later of 3 years after the date of issuance or the date of the eighteenth birthday of that minor victim or witness</quotedText>”; and</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/a/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking subsection (c) and inserting the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                    <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="c">“(c) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Whoever knowingly and intentionally violates or attempts to violate an order issued under this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.</content>
                    </subsection>
                    <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="d">“(d)</num><paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC" class="inline"><num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">As used in this section—</chapeau>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">“(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">course of conduct</quotedText>’ means a series of acts over a period of time, however short, indicating a continuity of purpose;</content>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">“(B) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">harassment</quotedText>’ means a serious act or course of conduct directed at a specific person that—</chapeau>
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">“(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">causes substantial emotional distress in such person; and</content>
                            </clause>
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">serves no legitimate purpose;</content>
                            </clause>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">“(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">immediate family member</quotedText>’ has the meaning given that term in section 115 and includes grandchildren;</content>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="D">“(D) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">intimidation</quotedText>’ means a serious act or course of conduct directed at a specific person that—</chapeau>
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">“(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">causes fear or apprehension in such person; and</content>
                            </clause>
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">serves no legitimate purpose;</content>
                            </clause>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="E">“(E) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">restricted personal information</quotedText>’ has the meaning give that term in section 119;</content>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="F">“(F) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">serious act</quotedText>’ means a single act of threatening, retaliatory, harassing, or violent conduct that is reasonably likely to influence the willingness of a victim or witness to testify or participate in a Federal criminal case or investigation; and</content>
                        </subparagraph>
                        <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="G">“(G) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">specific person</quotedText>’ means a victim or witness in a Federal criminal case or investigation, and includes an immediate family member of such a victim or witness.</content>
                        </subparagraph></paragraph>
                        <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">“(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">For purposes of subparagraphs (B)(ii) and (D)(ii) of paragraph (1), a court shall presume, subject to rebuttal by the person, that the distribution or publication using the Internet of a photograph of, or restricted personal information regarding, a specific person serves no legitimate purpose, unless that use is authorized by that specific person, is for news reporting purposes, is designed to locate that specific person (who has been reported to law enforcement as a missing person), or is part of a government-authorized effort to locate a fugitive or person of interest in a criminal, antiterrorism, or national security investigation.”</content>
                        </paragraph>
                    </subsection></quotedContent>.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t28/s994">28 U.S.C. 994 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Sentencing Guidelines.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Pursuant to its authority under section 994 of title 28, United States Code, and in accordance with this section, the United States Sentencing Commission shall review and, if appropriate, amend the Federal sentencing guidelines and policy statements to ensure—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">that the guidelines provide an additional penalty increase above the sentence otherwise applicable in Part J of Chapter 2 of the Guidelines Manual if the defendant was convicted of a violation of section 1591 of title 18, United States Code, or chapters 109A, 109B, 110, or 117 of title 18, United States Code; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s3/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">if the offense described in paragraph (1) involved causing or threatening to cause physical injury to a person under 18 years of age, in order to obstruct the administration of justice, an additional penalty increase above the sentence otherwise applicable in Part J of Chapter 2 of the Guidelines Manual.</content>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SUBPOENAS TO FACILITATE THE ARREST OF FUGITIVE SEX OFFENDERS. </heading>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Administrative Subpoenas.—</heading>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 3486(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</chapeau>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/A" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (A)—</chapeau>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/A/i" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in clause (i), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">or</quotedText>” at the end;</content>
                        </clause>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/A/ii" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by redesignating clause (ii) as clause (iii); and</content>
                        </clause>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/A/iii" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="iii">(iii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting after clause (i) the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease2">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">an unregistered sex offender conducted by the United States Marshals Service, the Director of the United States Marshals Service; or”</content>
                            </clause></quotedContent>; and</content>
                        </clause>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/B" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (D)—</chapeau>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/B/i" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">paragraph, the term</quotedText>” and inserting the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block" class="inline"><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">“paragraph—</chapeau>
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease2">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">“(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term”</content>
                            </clause></quotedContent>;</content>
                        </clause>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/B/ii" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking the period at the end and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">; and</quotedText>”; and</content>
                        </clause>
                        <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/1/B/iii" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="iii">(iii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by adding at the end the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                            <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease2">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the term ‘<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">sex offender</quotedText>’ means an individual required to register under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (42 U.S.C. 16901 et seq.).”</content>
                            </clause></quotedContent>.</content>
                        </clause>
                    </subparagraph>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Technical and conforming amendments.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 3486(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</chapeau>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/2/A" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (6)(A), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">United State</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">United States</quotedText>”;</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/2/B" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (9), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">(1)(A)(ii)</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">(1)(A)(iii)</quotedText>”; and</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/a/2/C" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (10), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">paragraph (1)(A)(ii)</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">paragraph (1)(A)(iii)</quotedText>”.</content>
                    </subparagraph>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/b" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Judicial Subpoenas.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Section 566(e)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended—</chapeau>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (A), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">and</quotedText>” at the end;</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">; and</quotedText>”; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s4/b/3" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by adding at the end the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                    <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" styleType="OLC" class="leftIndentDecrease1">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">“(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">issue administrative subpoenas in accordance with section 3486 of title 18, solely for the purpose of investigating unregistered sex offenders (as defined in such section 3486).”</content>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s5" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="5">SEC. 5. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">INCREASE IN FUNDING LIMITATION FOR TRAINING COURSES FOR ICAC TASK FORCES. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 102(b)(4)(B) of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 17612(b)(4)(B)) is amended by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">$2,000,000</quotedText>” and inserting “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">$4,000,000</quotedText>”.</content>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s6" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="6">SEC. 6. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">NATIONAL COORDINATOR FOR CHILD EXPLOITATION PREVENTION AND INTERDICTION. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 101(d)(1) of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 17611(d)(1)) is amended—</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s6/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">to be responsible</quotedText>” and inserting the following: “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">with experience in investigating or prosecuting child exploitation cases as the National Coordinator for Child Exploitation Prevention and Interdiction who shall be responsible</quotedText>”; and</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s6/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by adding at the end the following: “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">The National Coordinator for Child Exploitation Prevention and Interdiction shall be a position in the Senior Executive Service.</quotedText>”.</content>
            </paragraph>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s7" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="7">SEC. 7. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">REAUTHORIZATION OF ICAC TASK FORCES. </heading>
            <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 107(a) of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 17617(a)) is amended—</chapeau>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s7/1" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (4), by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">and</quotedText>”;</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s7/2" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end; and</content>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s7/3" styleType="OLC">
                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">by inserting after paragraph (5) the following:<quotedContent style="-uslm-dtd:quoted-block">
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="6">“(6) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2014;</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="7">“(7) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="8">“(8) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="9">“(9) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; and</content>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" styleType="OLC">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="10">“(10) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2018.”</content>

            </paragraph>

        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s8" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="8">SEC. 8. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">CLARIFICATION OF “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">HIGH-PRIORITY SUSPECT</quotedText>”. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Section 105(e)(1)(B)(i) of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 17615(e)(1)(B)(i)) is amended by striking “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">the volume</quotedText>” and all that follows through “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">or other</quotedText>”.</content>
        </section>
        <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/112/206/s9" styleType="OLC">
            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="9">SEC. 9. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">REPORT TO CONGRESS. </heading>
            <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate a report on the status of the Attorney General’s establishment of the National Internet Crimes Against    Children Data System required to be established under section 105 of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 17615).</content>
