An error was made on the front cover and title page of the
hearing: DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION FOR APPROPRIATIONS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016 AND THE
FUTURE YEARS DEFENSE PROGRAM, PART 2. The first ERRATA was
created with the correction of the title page inadvertently
printed with One Hundred Thirteenth Congress, Second Session.
It should have been One Hundred Fourteenth Congress, First
Session; this ERRATA, ERRATA II, is to correct the wrong serial
number. Originally it was printed as S. Hrg. 114-28, Part 2; it
should have been S. Hrg. 114-204, Part 2.
