U.S. SENATOR FROM THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA
Senator Rounds. Good morning, everyone. one bit of
housekeeping, I would remind all of the witnesses that are
going to be testifying today that the mics that are there in
front of them are hot all the time and they are very sensitive,
so just be aware of that.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. The Environment and
Public Works Subcommittee on Superfund, Waste and Regulatory
Oversight is meeting today to conduct a field hearing entitled
``Oversight of the Impact of U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency and Fish and Wildlife Service Regulations on Citezens'
Private Property Rights."
I would like to thank our witnesses for being with us
today, and I look forward to hearing your testimony.
