    June 4, 2025.--Message and accompanying papers referred to the 
         Committee on Appropriations and ordered to be printed
To the Congress of the United States:
    In accordance with Section 1012(a) of the Congressional 
Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (2 U.S.C. 683(a)), I 
herewith report 22 rescissions of budget authority, totaling 
$9.4 billion.
    The proposed rescissions affect programs of the Department 
of State, as well as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 
the United States Agency for International Development, the 
United States Institute of Peace, and other international 
assistance programs.
    The details of these rescissions are set forth in the 
enclosed letter from the Director of the Office of Management 
and Budget.
