To the Congress of the United States:
Pursuant to subsection (i)(2) of section 130i of title 10,
United States Code, I certify that it is in the national
security interests of the United States to extend the partial
termination date specified in subsection (i)(1) of section 130i
of title 10, United States Code, by 180 days.
