    Dear Mr. Speaker: I am pleased to submit to Congress the 
Semiannual Report of Disbursements for the Architect of the 
Capitol (AOC), in occordance with 2 U.S.C. Sec. 1868a. The 
following report includes all disbursements for the operations 
of the AOC for the period July 1, 2022 through December 31, 
2022.
    This report is submitted to the House of Representatives 
under this statute, in accordance with 2 U.S.C. 
Sec. 1868(a)(c), shall be printed as House documents. This 
report is submitted accordingly.
