    Dear Mr. Speaker: I am pleased to submit to Congress the 
Semiannual Report of Disbursements for the Architect of the 
Capitol (AOC), in accordance with 2 U.S.C. Sec. 1868a. The 
attached report includes all disbursements for the operations 
of the AOC for the period July 1, 2016 through December 31, 
2016.
    Reports submitted to the House of Representatives under 
this statute shall be printed as House documents. This report 
is submitted accordingly.
