1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, if the Senator from
Oregon (Mr. Merkley) or his designee makes a motion to discharge the
Committee on Foreign Relations from further consideration of S.J. Res.
163, a joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed
Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran
that have not been authorized by Congress, the Senate vote on the motion
to discharge at 11:30 a.m. (May 12, 2026.)
S. RES. 526 (ORDER NO. 296)
2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, following the
disposition of S.J. Res. 163, notwithstanding Rule XXII, the Senate vote
on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. Res. 526,
a resolution witholding the pay of Senators if a Government shutdown
occurs; provided, that if cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time be
expired, and the Senate vote on adoption of the motion to proceed at a
time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the
Democratic Leader, no earlier than Thursday, May 14. (May 12, 2026.)
H.R. 4016 (ORDER NO. 136)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 4016, an
Act making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Oct. 16, 2025.)

4.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2882, a bill
making continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2026, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum call under Rule
