Act to increase the supply of housing in America, and for other
purposes; provided, that all time during recess, adjournment, and Leader
remarks count post-cloture on Amdt. No. 4038, offered by the Senator
from South Carolina (Mr. Scott).
Ordered further, That the filing deadline with respect to first
degree amendments to Amdt. No. 4308, and H.R. 6644, be on Monday, March
9, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., and the filing deadline with respect to second
degree amendments to Amdt. No. 4308, and H.R. 6644, be on Tuesday, March

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 7147, an Act making further consolidated
