    1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, upon the conclusion 
of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to H.R. 6644, an Act to increase the supply of housing in 
America, and for other purposes; provided, that all time during recess, 
adjournment, and Leader remarks counts post-cloture on the motion to 
proceed; provided further, that at 11:00 a.m. all time be expired, and 
the Senate vote on the motion to proceed. (Mar. 2, 3, 2026.)

    2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, if the Senator from 
Virginia (Mr. Kaine) makes a motion to discharge the Committee on 
Foreign Relations from further consideration of S.J. Res. 104, a joint 
resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from 
hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not 
been authorized by Congress, the Senate vote on the motion to discharge 
at 4:00 p.m. (Mar. 3, 2026.)

                        H.R. 7147 (ORDER NO. 311)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to H.R. 7147, an Act making further consolidated 
appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for 
other purposes, presented on February 10 and February 12, the mandatory 
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Feb. 12, 24, 2026.)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider 
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 4016, an 
Act making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal 
year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes, the mandatory
