Thursday, November 20, 2025, the Senate proceed to the consideration of
H.J. Res. 130, a joint resolution providing for congressional
disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule
submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to ``Buffalo Field
Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan
Amendment''; provided, that at 1:45 p.m., the joint resolution be
considered read a third time and the Senate vote on passage of the joint
resolution. (Nov. 19, 2025.)
H.R. 4016 (ORDER NO. 136)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 4016, an
Act making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Oct. 16, 2025.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2882, a bill
