S. 2296 (ORDER NO. 115)
1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, October 9, 2025, upon the conclusion
of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2296, an
original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2026 for
military activities of the Department of Defense, for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to
prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for
other purposes. (Oct. 8, 2025.)
H.J. RES. 106
2.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, it be in order for the
Majority Leader or his designee to make a motion to proceed to H.J. Res.
106, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under
chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Bureau of Land Management relating to ``Central Yukon Record of Decision
and Approved Resource Management Plan,'' if the Senate companion measure
has been discharged from committee. (Oct. 7, 2025.)
S.J. RES. 77 AND S.J. RES. 81
3.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader, following consultation with the
Democratic Leader, and no later than Friday, October 31, 2025, it be in
order to discharge the Committee on Finance of S.J. Res. 77, a joint
resolution terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties
on articles imported from Canada, and S.J. Res. 81, a joint resolution
terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles
imported from Brazil, individually, and the Senate proceed to its
consideration; provided, that there be up to six hours for debate only
on each joint resolution, with the time equally divided between the
Leaders or their designees; provided further, that following the use or
yielding back of that time, each joint resolution be read a third time,
and the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution. (Oct. 7, 2025.)
S. 2882 (ORDER NO. 167)
4.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2882, a bill
making continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2026, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum call under Rule
XXII be waived. (Oct. 6, 2025.)

5.--Ordered, That with respect to the entered motion to reconsider
the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 5371, an
Act making continuing appropriations and extensions for the fiscal year
