XXII, the cloture motions filed on Monday, June 9, with respect to S.
1582, a bill to provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins, and
for the other purposes, and Amdt. No. 2307, offered by the Senator from
South Dakota (Mr. Thune) for the Senator from Tennessee (Mr. Hagerty),
ripen at 2:00 p.m. (June 10, 2025).

2.--Ordered, That, notwithstanding Rule XXII, at 3:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, June 11, 2025, it be in order for the Senator from
Connecticut (Mr. Murphy) to make motions to discharge S.J. Res. 53,
providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military
sale to the Government of Qatar of certain defense articles and
services, and S.J. Res. 54, providing for congressional disapproval of
the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of the United Arab
Emirates of certain defense articles and services; provided, that there
be 2 hours of concurrent debate, equally divided between the Leaders or
their designees, on the motions; provided further, that upon the use or
yielding back of time, the Senate vote on the motions in the order
