1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, upon the conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of H.J. Res. 61, a
joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8
of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Environmental Protection Agency relating to ``National Emission
Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Rubber Tire Manufacturing'';
provided, that at 11:30 a.m., all time be expired and the joint
resolution be read a third time and the Senate vote on passage of the
joint resolution; provided further, that if passed, the motion to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. (May 5, 2025).

2.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, following the disposition
of H.J. Res. 61, the Majority Leader, or his designee, be recognized to
make a motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 13, a joint resolution providing
for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States
Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency of the Department of the Treasury relating to the review of
applications under the Bank Merger Act; provided, that if the motion to
proceed is agreed to, all time be expired and the Senate vote on passage
of the joint resolution at a time to be determined by the Majority
Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, on Wednesday, May 7,
2025. (May 5, 2025).

3.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, following the disposition
of the Bisignano nomination, the Senate resume Legislative Session and
the Majority Leader, or his designee, be recognized to make a motion to
proceed to S.J. Res. 7, a joint resolution providing for congressional
disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule
submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to
``Addressing the Homework Gap Through the E-Rate Program''; provided,
that if the motion to proceed is agreed to, all time be expired and the
Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic
Leader, on Thursday, May 8, 2025. (May 5, 2025).

Leader, or his designee, be recognized to make a motion to proceed to

Code, of the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to
``Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles''; provided, that
if the motion to proceed is agreed to, all time be expired and the
Senate vote on passage of H.J. Res. 60 at a time to be determined by the
Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader on Thursday,
