United States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 2034; 
provided, that all time during adjournment and Leader remarks count 
equally between proponents and opponents on the concurrent resolution; 
provided further, that there be two minutes of debate, equally divided, 
prior to each vote during consideration of the concurrent resolution.
