1.--Ordered, That on Friday, March 14, 2025, upon disposition of the
Feinberg nomination, the Senate resume consideration of S. 331, a bill
to amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the scheduling of
fentanyl-related substances, and for other purposes; provided, that all
post-cloture time be expired, and Amdt. No. 1237, offered by the Senator
from South Dakota (Mr. Thune) for the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley)
be withdrawn; provided further, that the bill be read a third time, and
the Senate vote on passage of the bill; further, that if passed, the
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no
intervening action or debate. (Mar. 13, 2025.)
