the McMahon nomination, the Senate proceed to Legislative Session and 
resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 9, a bill to provide 
that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the 
Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based 
solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth; 
provided, that the cloture motion filed on Thursday, February 27, 2025, 
ripen on Monday, March 3. (February 27, 2025.)
