Res. 12, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval
under Chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by
the Environmental Protection Agency relating to ``Waste Emissions Charge
for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating
Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions''; provided, that at 12:00
noon, all time be expired and that if the Senate has received from the
House H.J. Res. 35, the Senate vote on the House joint resolution as
required under the Congressional Review Act. (February 26, 2025.)
