communication as the President of the United States shall be pleased to

UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S.J. RES. 11 (ORDER NO. 15)
1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, if a motion to
proceed to S.J. Res. 11, providing for congressional disapproval under
chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Bureau of Ocean Energy Management relating to ``Protection of Marine
Archaeological Resources,'' is made and agreed to, all time during a
recess of the Senate count toward the statutory time and be equally
divided between the proponents and opponents. (February 24, 2025.)

2.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic
Leader but no later than Friday, February 28, 2025, the Committee on
Energy and Natural Resources be discharged from further consideration of
S.J. Res. 10, a joint resolution terminating the national emergency
declared with respect to energy, and the Senate proceed to its
consideration; provided, that there be 6 hours for debate only with the
time equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, on the
joint resolution; provided further, that following the use or yielding
back of that time, the joint resolution be read a third time and the
Senate vote on the joint resolution, with no intervening action or
debate. (February 18, 2025.)
