UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. CON. RES. 7 (ORDER NO. 13)
1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, upon the
conclusion of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of S.
Con. Res. 7, a concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional
budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting
forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through
2034; provided, that all time during recess and adjournment count
equally toward the concurrent resolution. (February 18, 2025.)

2.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic
Leader but no later than Friday, February 28, 2025, the Committee on
Energy and Natural Resources be discharged from further consideration of
S.J. Res. 10, a joint resolution terminating the national emergency
declared with respect to energy, and the Senate proceed to its
consideration; provided, that there be 6 hours for debate only with the
time equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, on the
joint resolution; provided further, that following the use or yielding
back of that time, the joint resolution be read a third time and the
Senate vote on the joint resolution, with no intervening action or
debate. (February 18, 2025.)
