                              SENATE BILLS

S. 5 (H.R. 29).-- To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to 
    take into custody aliens who have been charged in the United 
    States with theft, and for other purposes. Ordered placed on

S. 9.-- To provide that for purposes of determining compliance 
    with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in 
    athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's 
    reproductive biology and genetics at birth. Ordered placed on
