                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

    1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, if cloture is 
invoked on the Ali nomination and upon disposition of the nomination, 
notwithstanding Rule XXII, the Senate proceed to Legislative Session and 
the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders), or his designee, be recognized 
to make a motion to discharge the Committee on Foreign Relations from 
further consideration of S.J. Res. 111, a joint resolution providing for 
congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the 
Government of Israel of certain defense articles and services; provided, 
that there be up to 2 hours for debate, equally divided between 
opponents and proponents, on the motion to discharge, and that upon use 
or yielding back of time, the Senate vote in relation to the motion to 
discharge.
    Ordered further, That if the motion to discharge S.J. Res. 111 is 
not agreed to, the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders), or his designee, 
be recognized to make a motion to discharge the Committee on Foreign 
Relations from further consideration of S.J. Res. 113, a joint 
resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed 
foreign military sale to the Government of Israel of certain defense 
articles and services; provided, that if the motion to discharge is 
made, the Senate vote in relation to the motion to discharge; provided 
further, that there be up to 2 minutes for debate equally divided prior 
to the vote.
    Ordered further, That if the motion to discharge S.J. Res. 113 is 
not agreed to, the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders), or his designee, 
be recognized to make a motion to discharge the Committee on Foreign 
Relations from further consideration of S.J. Res. 115, a joint 
resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed 
license amendment for the export of certain defense articles, defense 
services, and technical data to Israel; provided, that if the motion to 
discharge is made, the Senate vote in relation to the motion to 
discharge; provided further; that there be up to 2 minutes for debate 
equally divided prior to the vote. (November 19, 2024).

                      S.J. RES. 117 (ORDER NO. 566)

    2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, notwithstanding 
Rule XXII, if the motion to discharge S.J Res. 115 is not agreed to, and 
if the requisite 16 signatures have been filed at the desk, the Senator 
from Kentucky (Mr. Paul), or his designee, be recognized to make a 
motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 117, a joint resolution relating to the 
disapproval of the Presidential report with respect to the indebtedness 
of the Government of Ukraine; provided, that there be up to 1 hour for 
debate, equally divided, on the motion to proceed, and that upon use or 
yielding back of time, the Senate vote in relation to the motion to 
proceed. (November 19, 2024).

                        H.R. 1555 (ORDER NO. 457)

    3.--Ordered, That the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to 
proceed to H.R. 1555, an Act to designate the facility of the United 
States Postal Service located at 2300 Sylvan Avenue in Modesto, 
California, as the ``Corporal Michael D. Anderson Jr. Post Office 
Building'' ripen at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in 
consultation with the Republican Leader no later than September 26, 
2024; provided, that the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be 
waived. (September 19, 24, 2024.)

                                H.R. 9614

    4.--Ordered, That if the Senate receives H.R. 9614, a bill to amend 
the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain provisions with 
respect to qualified ABLE programs permanent, from the House of 
Redpresentatives, the text of which is identical to S. 4539, a bill to 
amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain provisions with 
respect to qualified ABLE programs permanent, the Senate proceed to its 
immediate consideration, the bill be considered read a third time and 
passed, and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table. (September 19, 2024.)

                         S. 4381 (ORDER NO. 400)

    5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 4381, a bill to protect an individual's 
ability to access contraceptives and to engage in contraception and to 
protect a health care provider's ability to provide contraceptives, 
contraception, and information related to contraception, the mandatory 
quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (June 5, 2024.)

    6.--Ordered, That if the Senate receives a message from the House of 
Representatives that it has passed H.R. 7791, a bill to amend the 
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to postpone tax deadlines and reimburse 
paid late fees for United States nationals who are unlawfully or 
wrongfully detained or held hostage abroad, and for other purposes, and 
if the text is identical to S. 4057, a bill to amend the Internal 
Revenue Code of 1986 to postpone tax deadlines and reimburse paid late 
fees for United States nationals who are unlawfully or wrongfully 
detailed or held hostage abroad, and for other purposes, H.R. 7791 be 
considered as having been read three times and passed, and the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. (April 30, 2023.)

                        S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)

    7.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the 
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the 
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

                          S. 326 (ORDER NO. 32)

    8.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on 
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of 
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects 
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and 
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
