UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 870
1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican
Leader, it be in order for the Chair to lay before the Senate the House
message to accompany S. 870, an Act to amend the Federal Fire Prevention
and Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for the United
States Fire Administration and firefighter assistance grant programs,
and the Majority Leader, or his designee, be recognized to make a motion
to concur in the House amendments; provided, that there be up to 2 hours
of debate, equally divided, and upon use or yielding back of time, the
Senate vote on the motion to concur in the House amendments without
further intervening action or debate; provided further, that if the
motion is agreed to, the motion to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table. (June 13, 2024.)
S. 4445 (ORDER NO. 413)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 4445, a bill to protect and expand
nationwide access to fertility treatment, including in vitro
fertilization, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 4381, a bill to protect an individual's
ability to access contraceptives and to engage in contraception and to
protect a health care provider's ability to provide contraceptives,
contraception, and information related to contraception, the mandatory
quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (June 5, 2024.)

Representatives that it has passed H.R. 7791, a bill to amend the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to postpone tax deadlines and reimburse
paid late fees for United States nationals who are unlawfully or
wrongfully detained or held hostage abroad, and for other purposes, and
if the text is identical to S. 4057, a bill to amend the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986 to postpone tax deadlines and reimburse paid late
fees for United States nationals who are unlawfully or wrongfully
detailed or held hostage abroad, and for other purposes, H.R. 7791 be
considered as having been read three times and passed, and the motion to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. (April 30, 2023.)

5.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
