proceed to H.R. 7888, an Act to reform the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act of 1978; provided, that all time during adjournment,
recess, Morning Business, and Leader remarks count post-cloture on the
motion to proceed. (April 18, 2024.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
