UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S.J. RES. 50
1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII and 5 U.S.C. Sec. 802,
at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with
the Republican Leader, no later than January 31, 2024, if S.J. Res. 50,
a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter
8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Securities and Exchange Commission relating to ``Cybersecurity Risk
Management, Strategy, Governance, and Incident Disclosure'', is
discharged from the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, it
be in order for the Senator from North Carolina (Mr. Tillis) or his
designee to move to proceed to the consideration of S.J. Res. 50;
provided, that if the motion to proceed is agreed to, there be 10 hours
for debate equally divided between the proponents and opponents of the
joint resolution; provided further, that upon the use or yielding back
of that time, the joint resolution be read a third time and the Senate
vote on passage of the joint resolution; further, that all other
provisions under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, remain in
effect except the 60 session day clock. (December 20, 2023.)

2.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, the veto message with
respect to S.J. Res. 32, a joint resolution providing for congressional
disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule
submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to
``Small Business Lending Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act
(Regulation B)'', be considered at a time to be determined by the
Majority Leader in concurrence with the Republican Leader prior to
January 31, 2024; provided, that there be up to two hours for debate
equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees and the
Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution, the objections of the
President to the contrary notwithstanding. (December 19, 2023.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)
S. 326 (ORDER NO. 32)
4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
