1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, upon the
conclusion of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the
Conference Report to accompany H.R. 2670, an act to authorize
appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities of the
Department of Defense and for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
all time during adjournment, recess, Morning Business, and Leader
remarks count post-cloture. (Dec. 12, 2023.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
