UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
H.R. 815 (ORDER NO. 30)
1.--Ordered, That the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to H.R.
815, an Act to amend title 38, United States Code, to make certain
improvements relating to the eligibility of veterans to receive
reimbursement for emergency treatment furnished through the Veterans
Community Care program, and for other purposes, occur at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican
Leader but no later than Saturday, November 18, 2023; provided, that if
the cloture vote does not occur under this order, the cloture motion be
withdrawn; provided further, that the mandatory quorum call under Rule
XXII be waived. (November 9, 13, 2023.)
S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
