UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S.J. RES. 38 (ORDER NO. 238)
1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, on Wednesday, November
8, 2023, following the cloture vote on the McMillion nomination, the
Senate resume Legislative Session and proceed to the consideration of
S.J. Res. 38, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval
under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by
the Federal Highway Administration relating to ``Waiver of Buy America
Requirements for Electric Vehicle Chargers''; provided, that at 5:30
p.m., the joint resolution be considered read a third time and the
Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution. (November 7, 2023.)
S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)
S. 326 (ORDER NO. 32)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
