UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S.J. RES. 42 (ORDER NO. 229)
1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, and at a time
determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican
Leader, no later than October 26, 2023, it be in order for the Senator
from Kansas (Mr. Marshall), or his designee, to move to proceed to the
consideration of S.J. Res. 42, a joint resolution providing for
congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States
Code, of the rule submitted by the Food and Nutrition Service relating
to ``Application of Bostock v. Clayton County to Program Discrimination
Complaint Processing--Policy Update''; provided, that if the motion is
agreed to, there be 10 hours of debate equally divided between the
proponents and opponents of the joint resolution; provided further, that
upon the use or yielding back of that time, the joint resolution be read
a third time and the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution;
further, that all other provisions under chapter 8 of title 5, United
States Code, remain in effect except the 60 session day clock. (October

H.R. 4366 (ORDER NO. 198)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to suspend Rule XVI for the consideration of Amdt. No. 1092,
offered by the Senator from New York (Mr. Schumer), to H.R. 4366, an Act
making appropriations for military construction, the Department of
Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum call
under Rule XXII be waived. (September 18, 2023.)
S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
