motion to proceed to H.R. 3935, an Act to amend title 49, United States
Code, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and
other civil aviation programs, and for other purposes; provided, that
the cloture motion on the motion to proceed ripen at 5:30 p.m.; provided
further, that the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.

Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2024, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum call
