1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, upon the conclusion
of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 2226, a bill
to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for military activities
of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
at 12:15 p.m., the Senate vote on Amdt. No. 199, to be offered by the
Senator from Georgia (Mr. Warnock).
Ordered further, That 60 affirmative votes be required for the
adoption of the amendment and there be two minutes for debate equally
divided prior to the vote. (July 20, 25, 2023.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
