1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, on Wednesday, June 21,
2023, upon the conclusion of Morning Business, the Senate resume
consideration of the veto message with respect to S.J. Res. 11, a joint
resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental
Protection Agency relating to ``Control of Air Pollution From New Motor
Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards''; provided, that at
11:30 a.m., the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution, the
objection of the President to the contrary notwithstanding. (June 20,
2023.)
S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
