UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 2:30 p.m., the
Senate proceed to Legislative Session and that it be in order to make a
motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 45, a joint resolution providing for
congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States
Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Education relating to
``Waivers and Modifications of Federal Student Loans,'' which was
received from the House; provided, that if the motion is agreed to, the
vote on passage of the joint resolution be at a time to be determined by
the Majority Leader following consultation with the Republican Leader on
Thursday, June 1, 2023. (May 30, 2023.)
S.J. RES. 4 (ORDER NO. 3)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 4, a joint resolution removing the
deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 25, 2023.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 326, a bill to direct the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to carry out a study and clinical trials on the effects
of cannabis on certain health outcomes of veterans with chronic pain and
post-traumatic stress disorder, and for other purposes, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (April 20, 2023.)
