of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 3967, an
Act to improve health care and benefits for veterans exposed to toxic
substances, and for other purposes; provided, that all time during
adjournment, recess, Morning Business, and Leader remarks count post-
cloture with respect to Amdt. No. 5051, offered by the Senator from
Montana (Mr. Tester), and all time be considered expired at 11:45 a.m.;
provided further, that the cloture motion with respect to H.R. 3967
ripen at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022; further, that the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII with respect to the motion to invoke cloture
on H.R. 3967 be waived; provided further, that the filing deadline for
first degree amendments to Amdt. No. 5051 and H.R. 3967 be 4:00 p.m. on

S. CON. RES. 41 (ORDER NO. 397)
2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 5:15 p.m., it be
in order for the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul), or his designee, to
make a motion to proceed to S. Con. Res. 41, a concurrent resolution
setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government
for fiscal year 2023 and setting forth appropriate budgetary levels for
fiscal years 2024 through 2032, notwithstanding Rule XXII; provided,
that if the motion to proceed is agreed to, the Senate then resume
consideration of H.R. 3967, post-cloture, and that upon disposition of
H.R. 3967, the Senate resume consideration of S. Con. Res. 41. (June 14,
2022.)
H.R. 350 (ORDER NO. 371)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 350, an Act to authorize dedicated
domestic terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security,
the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to
analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal
Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (May 24, 2022.)
H.R. 4373 (ORDER NO. 310)
4.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 4373, an Act making appropriations for the
Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes, the

into leases of non-excess property of the Administration, the mandatory

6.--Ordered, That with respect to H.R. 4350, a bill to authorize
appropriations for fiscal year 2022 for military activities of the
Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense

strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes, the cloture
motion with respect to H.R. 4350 ripen following the disposition of
Amdt. No. 3867, as modified; provided further, that the filing deadline
for first degree amendments to Amdt. No. 3867, as modified, and H.R.
