cloture time on the motion to proceed be expired; provided further, that
if the motion to proceed is agreed to, following reporting of the
measure, the Senator from Montana (Mr. Tester), or his designee, be

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 350, an Act to authorize dedicated
domestic terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security,
the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to
analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal
Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism, the mandatory
quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (May 24, 2022.)

the motion to proceed to H.R. 4373, an Act making appropriations for the
