consideration of H.R. 7691, an Act making emergency supplemental
appropriations for assistance for the situation in Ukraine for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes; provided,
that the cloture motion ripen at 11:30 a.m.; provided further, that the
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived; further, that if
cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time be expired, the pending
amendments be withdrawn, the bill be considered read a third time, and
the Senate vote on passage of the bill, with no intervening action or

2.--Ordered, That on Thursday, May 19, 2022, following disposition
of H.R. 7691, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed
to S. 4008, a bill to provide COVID relief for restaurants, gyms, minor
league sports teams, border businesses, live venue service providers,
exclave businesses, and providers of transportation services; provided,
that the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to
proceed at 1:45 p.m., notwithstanding Rule XXII; provided further, that
the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (May 17, 18, 2022.)

3.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on

appropriations for fiscal year 2022 for military activities of the

motion with respect to H.R. 4350 ripen following the disposition of
Amdt. No. 3867, as modified; provided further, that the filing deadline
for first degree amendments to Amdt. No. 3867, as modified, and H.R.
