UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, May 27, 2021, upon the conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1260, a bill to
establish a new Directorate for Technology and Innovation in the
National Science Foundation, to establish a regional technology hub
program, to require a strategy and report on economic security, science,
research, innovation, manufacturing, and job creation, to establish a
critical supply chain resiliency program, and for other purposes;
provided, that the filing deadline for first degree amendments be 2:30
p.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021; provided further, that the filing
deadline for second degree amendments be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 27,
2021; further, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
Amdt. No. 1502, offered by the Senator from New York (Mr. Schumer), to
S. 1260 and the motion to invoke cloture on S. 1260, the mandatory
quorum calls under Rule XXII be waived. (May 25, 26, 2021.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 3233, an Act to establish the National
Commission to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the United States
