1.--Ordered, That with respect to S. 3841, a bill to protect 2020
recovery rebates for individuals from assignment or garnishment, and for
other purposes, the papers be held at the Desk; provided, that if the
Senate receives a bill from the House of Representatives, the text of
which is identical to S. 3841, the Senate proceed to its immediate
consideration and the bill be considered read three times and passed;
provided further, that the motion to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate; further, that
upon passage of the House bill, S. 3841 be indefinitely postponed. (July

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3985, a bill to improve and reform policing
practices, accountability, and transparency, the mandatory quorum call

Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to treat certain military survivor
benefits as earned income for purposes of the kiddie tax, the papers to

to S. 1370, the House bill be considered read three times and passed;
provided further, that the motion to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate; further, that
