UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 1332 (ORDER NO. 78)
1.--Ordered, That on Monday, June 3, 2019, the Senate resume
consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1332, a bill to set forth
the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal
year 2020 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal
years 2021 through 2029; provided, that notwithstanding the provisions
of Rule XXII, the cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed
ripen at 5:30 p.m. on Monday; provided further, that the mandatory
quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (May 23, 2019.)
S. 1370
2.--Ordered, That with respect to S. 1370, an Act to amend the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to treat certain military survivor
benefits as earned income for purposes of the kiddie tax, the papers to
be held at the Desk; provided, that if the House passes a bill identical
to S. 1370, the House bill be considered read three times and passed;
provided further, that the motion to reconsider be considered made and
laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate; further, that
upon passage of the House bill, S. 1370 be indefinitely postponed. (May
21, 2019.)
H.R. 268 (ORDER NO. 15)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motions on Amdt. No.
201, offered by the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Shelby), and H.R. 268, an
Act making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2019, the mandatory quorums under Rule XXII be waived;
provided, that the filing deadline for first degree amendments be 4:00
p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019. (Mar. 28, 2019.)
H.J. RES. 1 (ORDER NO. 6)
4.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.J. Res. 1, an Act making further continuing
appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for fiscal year
2019, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be
waived; provided, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the vote on cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 1 occur at a time to be determined by
the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader. (Feb.
