1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, upon the conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to S. Res. 50, a resolution improving procedures for the
consideration of nominations in the Senate; provided, that the cloture
motion filed on Thursday, March 28, 2019, ripen at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

H.R. 268 (ORDER NO. 15)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motions on Amdt. No.
201, offered by the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Shelby), and H.R. 268, an
Act making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2019, the mandatory quorums under Rule XXII be waived;
provided, that the filing deadline for first degree amendments be 4:00
p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019. (Mar. 28, 2019.)
H.J. RES. 1 (ORDER NO. 6)
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.J. Res. 1, an Act making further continuing
appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for fiscal year
2019, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be
waived; provided, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the vote on cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 1 occur at a time to be determined by
the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader. (Feb.
