proceed to H.R. 268, an Act making supplemental appropriations for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2019; provided, that all time during
recess, adjournment, Morning Business, and Leader Remarks count post-

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
to proceed to H.J. Res. 1, an Act making further continuing
appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for fiscal year
2019, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be
waived; provided, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, the vote on cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 1 occur at a time to be determined by
the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader. (Feb.
