1.--Ordered, That following Leader Remarks on Tuesday, February 12,
2019, the Senate resume consideration of S. 47, a bill to provide for
the management of the natural resources of the United States, and for
other purposes; provided, that all time during recess, adjournment,
Morning Business, and Leader Remarks count post-cloture; provided
further, that notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, at 4:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, all post-cloture time be considered expired and that
following the disposition of any pending amendments, the substitute
amendment as amended, if amended, be agreed to, the bill as amended be
read a third time, and the Senate proceed to vote on passage of the bill
as amended. (Feb. 11, 2019.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on the motion
