other purposes; provided, that with respect to the cloture motion the 
mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived; provided further, that 
notwithstanding Rule XXII, the cloture motion ripen at 5:30 p.m. on 
Monday; further, notwithstanding Rule XXII, the filing deadline for 
first degree amendments be 4:00 p.m. on Monday. (Feb. 7, 2019.)
