HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Wednesday, November
14, 2018, the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to
Accompany S. 140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water
Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the
WMAT Settlement Fund; provided, that the Senate vote on the motion to
concur in the House Amendment to S. 140 with Amdt. No. 4054, offered by
the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell), as modified; provided
further, that no further amendments or motions be in order. (Oct. 11,
Nov. 13, 2018.)
S.J. Res. 65
2.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, but no later than November
16, 2018, the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul), or his designee, be
recognized to make a motion to discharge S.J. Res. 65, a joint
resolution relating to the disapproval of the proposed export to the
Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain of certain defense articles and
services; provided, that there be up to an hour of debate on the motion,
equally divided between the proponents and opponents; provided further,
that upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate vote in
relation to the motion to discharge; further, that if the motion to
discharge is agreed to, S.J. Res. 65 be considered upon the expedited
procedures under the Arms Export Control Act. (Nov. 13, 2018.)
