HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Tuesday, November 13,
2018, the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to Accompany
S. 140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund; provided, that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate vote on the
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House Amendment
to S. 140 with Amdt. No. 4050, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr.
McConnell); provided further, that no further amendments or motions be
in order; further, that all post-cloture time expire at 2:15 p.m. on
Wednesday, November 14; provided further, that with respect to the
cloture motion, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
