HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 3021
1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, notwithstanding
Rule XXII, the time until 11:30 a.m. be equally divided between the
Leaders, or their designees, for use on the House Message to Accompany
S. 3021, an Act to designate the United States courthouse located at 300
South Fourth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as the ``Diana E. Murphy
United States Courthouse,'' and S.J. Res 63 concurrently; provided, that
at 11:30 a.m. all post-cloture time on the motion to concur in the House
amendments be considered expired and the motion to concur with a further
amendment be withdrawn. (Oct. 9, 2018.)

2.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, following Leader
Remarks on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, the Senator from New York (Mr.
Schumer), or his designee, be recognized to make a motion to proceed to
S.J. Res. 63, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval
under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by
the Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Labor, and Secretary of
Health and Human Services relating to ``Short-Term, Limited Duration
Insurance;'' provided, that the time until 11:30 a.m. be equally divided
between the Leaders, or their designees, for use on the joint resolution
and the House Message to Accompany S. 3021 concurrently; provided
further, that following disposition of the motion to concur in the House
amendments to S. 3021, all time on S.J. Res. 63 be considered expired,
and the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution. (Oct. 9, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
