UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 302
1.--Ordered, That notwithstanding Rule XXII, and as if in
Legislative Session, with respect to the House Message to accompany H.R.
302, an Act to provide protections for certain sports medicine
professionals who provide certain medical services in a secondary State,
the Senate remain in Executive Session and the post-cloture time
continue to run as otherwise under the Rule; provided, that upon the use
or yielding back of post-cloture time, the Senate vote, as if in
legislative session, on the motion to concur; further, that all time
during Leader time and recesses count post-cloture. (Sept. 28, Oct. 1,
2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 6
2.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader
in consultation with the Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to the
consideration of the House Message to accompany H.R. 6, an Act to
provide for opioid use disorder prevention, recovery, and treatment, and
for other purposes; provided, that the Majority Leader or his designee
be recognized to make a motion to concur; that there be 4 hours of
debate on the motion, equally divided in the usual form; and that upon
the use or yielding back of time the Senate vote on the motion to concur
without further intervening action or debate. (Sept. 28, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
