1.--Ordered, That at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018, the
Senate proceed to the consideration of S. 2554, to ensure that health
insurance issuers and group health plans do not prohibit pharmacy
providers from providing certain information to enrollees; provided,
that the time from the conclusion of Morning Business until 5:30 p.m. be
equally divided in the usual form to run concurrently with debate on
H.R. 6; provided further, that the Senator from Utah (Mr. Lee), or his
designee, be recognized to call up Amdt. No. 4011; further, that upon
the use or yielding back of time, the Senate vote on Amdt. No. 4011
without intervening action or debate; provided further, that upon
disposition of Amdt. No. 4011, the bill be read a third time and the
Senate vote on passage of the bill as amended, if amended. (Sept. 6, 12,

an Act to provide for opioid use disorder prevention, recovery, and
treatment, and for other purposes; provided, that the Senator from
Tennessee (Mr. Alexander), or his designee, be recognized to call up
Amdt. No. 4013; provided further, that the time until 5:30 p.m. be
equally divided in the usual form to run concurrently with debate on S.
2554; further, that upon disposition of S. 2554, Amdt. No. 4013 be
agreed to, H.R. 6, as amended, be read a third time, and the Senate vote

HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
