1.--Ordered, That on Monday, June 18, 2018, upon the conclusion of
Leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 5515, an Act to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2019 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
it be in order for the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders) or his
designee to raise a single CBA point of order against Amdt. No. 2282 on
the bill, as amended, and that a motion to waive be considered made, and
the Senate vote on the motion without intervening action or debate;
provided further, that notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, all
post-cloture time on H.R. 5515, as amended, expire at 5:30 p.m. (June
14, 2018.)
H.R. 5891 (ORDER NO. 449)
2.--Ordered, That, with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 5895, an Act making appropriations for
energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum
call under Rule XXII be waived, and that it ripen following disposition
of H.R. 5515. (June 14, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
