1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, June 14, 2018, upon the conclusion of
Leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 5515, an Act to
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2019 for military activities of
the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense
activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel
strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; provided, that
the time until the cloture vote be equally divided between the two
managers or their designees; provided further, that with respect to the
motions to invoke cloture, the mandatory quorums under Rule XXII be
waived. (June 12, 13, 2018.)
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 140
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to concur with a further amendment in the House Amendment to S.
140, an Act to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights
Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify the use of amounts in the WMAT
Settlement Fund, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived.
